The AOBA Alliance, Inc. (AOBA Alliance) is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Apartment and Office Building Association of Metropolitan Washington (AOBA). AOBA is the Washington, D.C. Metropolitan Area federated member of the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) and the National Apartment Association (NAA).
A licensed broker and aggregator of energy supply services in the District of Columbia, Maryland, Pennsylvania, and Virginia as well as many other states, the AOBA Alliance facilitates low-cost energy procurement to the commercial building industry. We bring more than 20 years of practical business knowledge, resources and expertise in energy supply management to help streamline the procurement process for those who do not have the in-house expertise and/or resources to stay current with energy markets and evaluate offerings for competitive energy services. We facilitate this process through our exclusive relationship with Constellation on behalf of our participants without eroding energy cost-savings. Our participants also have the unique advantage of using energy supply contracts negotiated by and designed for the commercial building industry.
